About this product

A tablet carrying calcium, magnesium and vitamin D3.

Each film coated tablet contains calcium (from calcium citrate tetrahydrate) 250 mg, magnesium (from magnesium citrate) 37.5 mg, vitamin D3 (colecalciferol) 6.2 micrograms. Two tablets, twice daily. Take during or immediately after a meal. No added lactose, gluten, yeast, egg, soy or artificial flavours.

Directions and warnings

Adult Dosage:

Two tablets, twice daily. Take during or immediately after a meal. or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Warnings:

Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Storage:

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
