Each tablet contains biotin 200 mcg, choline (from choline bitartrate) 49.51 mg, folic Acid 500 mcg, nicotinamide 200 mg, vitamin A (retinol acetate) 750 mcg/RE, vitamin B1 (thiamine from thiamine hydrochloride) 100 mg, and 24 more. One tablet daily with food. No added gluten, lactose, yeast, egg or artificial flavours. Contains phenylalanine & soya beans.

Japanese Knotweed (Reynoutria japonica extract 20 mg) equiv. dry root 1.8 g (min.) (standardised to contain resveratrol [of Reynoutria japonica] 10 mg)

Directions and warnings

Adult Dosage:

One tablet daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Warnings:

If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 mcg/RE, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 mcg/RE for women and 900 mcg/RE for men.

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6].

Vitex agnus-castus may affect hormones and medicines such as oral contraceptives.

Consult your health professional before use.

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
